We offer a choice of personal training, group training or groups classes designed for clients of all fitness levels to help them make a real and lasting change their health or appearance. Our classes are capped at 10 people, so everyone gets the individual attention they need, and our highly experienced team ensure a productive training experience and better results. Combining lifestyle, nutrition to make sure you get the results you are looking for, whether you’re an experienced gym-goer or just starting out.

  • I am only in my early 20’s and have been plagued with horrible chronic back pain for several years. Not only have I undergone back surgery, but I have recently developed arthritis in my spine. My back pain has hindered every aspect of my life. I tried training out of desperation for pain relief. My very first fitness experience was at The Hurricane Fitness. To my amazement, after just one class I felt amazing!
