The Fit Over 50’s Class is tailored to more mature clients. If you have issues with your joints or you’re looking for a calm and friendly environment to exercise this class is ideal for you. It’s a steady, low-impact workout which uses simple drills to improve health and fitness.

It’s a full-body workout using a range of everyday movements to help you get in a good workout. Careful coaching and individual attention means you’ll always get the most out of each session.
