Below are the terms and conditions that apply to all clients and recipients of the products and services of Hurricane Fitness. Please read all terms and conditions carefully.

 

  • Every service and package purchased with us has a set start date/time and end date/time unless otherwise stated by a member of staff. Use of service or package must take place between these allotted dates/times.

 

  • Unlimited Personal Training, or Group Personal Training packages begin at a date agreed upon on purchase between the trainer and client(s). This will usually be in line with the date/time of the first training session booked of the package or service.

 

  • We do not allow refunds or transfer of sessions to other individuals or parties once purchased. 

 

  • The Unlimited Class package is a subscription service with automated payment collection with payment taken each month from the date of initial purchase. Cancellation of this service must be made in writing to a member of staff prior to 5 days of renewal in order to avoid payment for the upcoming month. 

 

  • Unlimited Class or Personal Training packages ensure a slot has been reserved for you at prearranged times or classes and as such are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

 

  • Under no circumstances can we freeze the time or session limit on your package or service. It is the client’s responsibility to attend sessions or classes with us. 

 

  • Any scheduling or rescheduling is permitted at the sole discretion of the staff at Hurricane Fitness and a minimum of 48 hours notice must be given if requesting or rescheduling a class or session.

 

  • We can not tolerate any sort of abusive language or behaviour towards any staff or other members. Any such action can result in forfeiture of your package or service, without refund.

 

  • If you are experiencing any issues with your package or service, please make a formal complaint to any staff member at the beginning, or end of a session.

 

  • Clients can be held responsible for damage of equipment due to improper use. 

 

  • We are not responsible for any injury incurred on the premises, or while working with a trainer, due to improper technique, negligence, or careless behaviour.

 

  • Staff may record videos or take photos during classes or training sessions to use for promotional purposes.

 

  • Emails and other personal information may be used for promotional purposes.

 

  • Payments for a service or package must be made in full prior to enjoying the purchased services or package therein or risk forfeiture of the service, with no refund of any deposit or part payment provided. 

 

  • In cases of payments not being made in full on time, feigning injury for purposes such as false insurance claims or other malicious reasons or threatening to do so, or threatening or malicious behaviour towards other clients, staff retain the right to refuse you service and/or entrance to the gym.

 

  • Trainers and staff may use hands-on techniques for coaching and teaching some exercises and movements. You must be okay with these techniques as they are techniques used to keep you safe from injury and optimise the results you experience from our packages/services.

 

  • We do not take responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to any personal belongings.

 

  • You must follow staff’s instructions at all times.

 

  • If you have any medical condition, injury, or illness, you should let staff know before any package or service is purchased and again before any class or session begins.

 

  • The facility in which you’re training is monitored by CCTV for security purposes. In the event of a legal, medical, or insurance claim, the footage from the CCTV may be reviewed.
