Fighting Fit Class

Fighting Fit is ideal for anyone keen to learn proper boxing techniques while getting fit. This class is a full body workout incorporating weight training, cardiovascular and resistance exercises to help you build a fighter’s endurance, an iron core, and shed any excess fat.
Under the watchful eye of champion fighters, you will develop skills across all aspects of boxing – learning the correct technique and practicing in circuit-style drills. The class uses boxing-styled fitness drills and resistance work designed to increase muscle tone and promote weight loss and coordination.
